In Her Second Major Ad, Dr. Ada Cuellar Commits to Fighting for the Voters of the 15th Congressional District, Draws a Sharp Contrast with Bobby Pulido Including on His Opposition to Abortion
ALAMO, TX - Dr. Ada Cuellar, the Democrat running for Congress in Texas’s 15th Congressional District, launched her second major ad today, “My Oath,” emphasizing her commitment to fighting for the voters of the 15th Congressional District. The ad follows her first broadcast and cable television spot, “Emergency,” and is already running on connected television and online platforms.
In the 30 second spot, Dr. Cuellar pledges to be honest and transparent with voters of the 15th Congressional District, much like the oath she took as an emergency room physician.
“You deserve the same honesty in this election,” Dr. Ada Cuellar tells viewers. “Yo soy de aquí. It’s where I work, and raise my daughter.” She also draws a strong contrast with her opponent Bobby Pulido, noting that he calls himself a “Winter Texan,” and that he wants Texas politicians to decide women’s healthcare choices. Dr. Cuellar points out she believes “women should be able to make their own healthcare decisions.” The ad ends on a strong note, with the candidate asserting firmly that “we have enough celebrities in Washington.”
In her first ad, “Emergency,” Dr. Cuellar introduced herself to voters as "an ER doctor, single mom, and problem solver."
“My Oath” is available for viewing at the following link:

CUELLAR: Doctors swear an oath to help our patients make tough choices.
You deserve the same honesty in this election.
I’m Dr. Ada Cuellar. Yo soy de aquí. It’s where I work, and raise my daughter.
My opponent? He calls himself a “Winter Texan.”
I also believe women should be able to make their own healthcare decisions.
My opponent wants Texas politicians to make that choice.
I approve this message because we have enough celebrities in Washington.
In Congress, my oath is to you.
