Mediaite Exposé on Bobby Pulido’s Misogynistic Social Media Posts Shows Why He Has Little Interest in Speaking About Women’s Issues
ALAMO, TX - In an exposé published today on Mediaite, reporter Isaac Schorr highlights a troubling history of explicit and misogynistic commentary Bobby Pulido has posted on social media over the years. The article notes that Bobby deleted a previously unreported tweet that included a gross reference to female genitalia on a picture of a former U.S. Senator and high-ranking cabinet official after the reporter reached out for comment. The article further highlights that Pulido was 43 at the time, and goes on to highlight incidents as recently as 2023 in which Pulido faced “widespread criticism.”

“Bobby Pulido has shown little interest in speaking about women’s issues, and has said on this campaign he is focused on male voters,” said Dr. Ada Cuellar, candidate for the Democratic nomination in the 15th congressional district of Texas. “South Texas deserves leaders with better judgment. Someone who automatically dismisses half of our population is never going to stand up for us. I’m the only candidate running in TX-15 who is committed to fighting for women’s healthcare and working to codify Roe v. Wade in Washington.”
