IN HIS OWN WORDS: “Winter Texan” Bobby Pulido

ALAMO, TX - Dr. Ada Cuellar, the Democrat running for Congress in the 15th Congressional district of Texas, kicked off a new digital video series today, IN HIS OWN WORDS, that features Bobby Pulido sounding like he might be on the wrong ballot in the March primaries. The series kicks off with two videos, including one in which Bobby talks about his opposition to abortion, and a video that shows Bobby explaining how he lives a significant portion of the year in Mexico, enthusiastically exclaiming, “I’m a Winter Texan!”

“Hard working Democrats in South Texas want to vote for someone who understands their daily challenges and who is going to fight for them, not an out of touch Winter Texan,” said Dr. Ada Cuellar. “Voters want someone who is not afraid to own their values, and who is going to stand up to Donald Trump. Trump’s extreme agenda is hurting seniors, making healthcare less affordable, raising prices through tariffs, and indiscriminately targeting Latino communities with cruelty. I’m running for Congress as a Democrat, I know what I stand for, and I’m going to fight for my community in the 15th district, including for women’s health care.” 

The videos are circulating across Dr. Ada Cuellar’s campaign social media, including through paid and boosted posts throughout the 15th district. 

Dr. Cuellar is a working mom, an emergency room doctor who recently earned her law degree, and an independent thinker ready to fight for a better future.Throughout her campaign she has hammered away at the Republican incumbent for being a Trump puppet and voting for the One Big Beautiful Bill’s steep cuts to health care to pay for tax cuts for billionaires.

“I’m calling on Democrat voters to join our movement for affordable health care, a living wage, and better jobs,” added Dr. Cuellar, “because with the right candidate, this movement can win next November!”
